I absolutely love living here. The building is a newer building with lots of amenities and parking! Not just parking for ... residents, but there is ample guest parking throughout the neighborhood and in front of the actual building, a fair amount of elevators, a very nice pet park and overall it’s an awesome neighborhood. Cannery Park by Windsor has been a great place to live so far. It's quiet and parking garage is safe, however, the residents ... here does not follow the speed limit and that's not safe at all. The admin staff especially the maintenance were quick to respond when I requested for basic maintenance service. The only flaw is not replacing any damage on their carpet, walls etc on the hallways. Overall, it's a nice place to live and it's easy access to the freeways. I work an hour away but I chose to stay here than searching for an apartment near my work.
